By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please refrain from using the Website and its services.

Online consultations are not intended for medical emergencies. In any life-threatening or emergency situation, Users must immediately contact the local emergency medical services or visit the nearest emergency department.

7. Online Payments

Payments for eligible medical services may be made through the Website using secure electronic payment systems.

The Medical Center does not store Users’ complete payment card information and has no access to confidential banking credentials.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, the User may receive confirmation by email, SMS, through a personal account (where available), or by other means provided by the Website.

8. Appointment Changes and Cancellations
